Deputy Director Visits Brazil

Clair in Brazil
Deputy Director Clair Linzey went on a three week research trip to Brazil in September.

In addition to doing research on liberation theology for her doctorate, Clair presented at III Congresso Internacional da Faculdades EST in São Leopoldo, São Paulo University Law School, Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro Law School, and Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro.

The trip also gave her an opportunity to meet with Centre Fellows Carlos Naconecy and Carlos Ramos de Jesus together with other ethicists and theologians including, Luiz Carlos Susin, Jung Mo Sung, Claudio de Oliveira Ribeiro, Graham McGeoch, and Daniel Braga Lourenço. Clair would like to thank all those who agreed to meet with her and made her trip possible.
